This Trademark Declaration and Notice (the “Declaration”) is made and executed by CE AFRICA® (PTY) LTD (“Company”), a legally registered entity, in recognition of its exclusive rights to its trade name, logo, and all associated images. This Declaration serves as an official notice of the Company’s intellectual property rights and its intent to protect and enforce such rights against unauthorized use.

1. TRADEMARK INFORMATION

1. a) Trade Name: “CE AFRICA” b) Logo: The official logo, as designed and used in the Company’s branding, marketing, and business operations. c) Images: All visual assets, including but not limited to digital designs, product representations, promotional materials, and other proprietary graphics associated with CE AFRICA® (PTY) LTD. d) Video Content: All video materials, including but not limited to advertisements, corporate videos, promotional content, and any audiovisual media produced by or for CE AFRICA® (PTY) LTD.

2. LEGAL PROTECTION

The Company asserts its rights under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:

• Trademark Law: Protecting the trade name and logo from unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation.
• Copyright Law: Safeguarding all original images, designs, video content, and associated visual content created or commissioned by the Company.
• Common Law Rights: Enforcing rights against any passing off, unfair competition, or brand misrepresentation that may arise.

3. PROHIBITED USES

4. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES

CE AFRICA® (PTY) LTD reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, company, or entity that infringes upon its intellectual property rights. Legal remedies may include but are not limited to:

• Cease and desist notices
• Injunctive relief
• Monetary damages
• Any other remedies as permitted under applicable law

5. NOTICE OF REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE)

Where applicable, the trademarks, logo, images, and video content of CE AFRICA® (PTY) LTD are registered or pending registration with the appropriate trademark authorities. Any attempt to use or claim ownership of the Company’s intellectual property shall be considered an infringement subject to legal enforcement.
